Cancellations/Order Modification


If you wish to cancel or modify your order, an email must be sent to support@royalgemz.com. Royal Gemz will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an online order has been placed and submitted, Royal Gemz cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.


Product Availability


Royal Gemz products as shown on the Royal Gemz e-commerce site are subject to availability; and Royal Gemz reserves the right to limit the quantity of products supplied and sold. Royal Gemz will make every effort to accommodate all product requests.


Pricing


Prices listed for Royal Gemz product on the website are in US Dollars. Royal Gemz does not offer price adjustments; all pricing is as listed in the e-commerce shop.

The transaction will be charged to your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability. Approved returns or exchanges will be credited to the card used for the purchase.


Sales Tax


Royal Gemz charges state, local and county taxes of the addressee's location for online transactions, as required by applicable laws. 

Please note your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated sales tax. Once your "ship to" address has been entered, the actual sales tax will be calculated and may vary from the estimated tax.
