DOMESTIC Shipping:

Shipping charges of Purchase(s) in the amount of $175 or more is/are Free within US. Purchase(s) below $175 is/are calculated per weight. 

INTERNATIONAL Shipping:

Shipping to Canada and UK.  Purchase(s) is/are calculated per weight.

Functionality to order for rest of the destinations is in progress at RoyalGemz.com. In the meantime, if you are residing outside of US and would like to place an order, please email us at support@royalgemz.com. 

Payment for International orders may be made via Paypal/Credit Card/Western Union. Shipping charges are determined per product and vary from country to country. Once the order is received, shipping charges will be calculated.

Delivery:

The estimated delivery times are shown for each product and apply from the receipt of order. In-stock items will dispatch within 2 - 5 business day.

Tracking:

Royal Gemz will send shipping confirmation via email as soon as the purchase has been shipped; this will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Time to Ship:

For each item we have mentioned time to ship along with the item image. These are indicative & approximate values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors. 

It is advisable to email us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate.

What if any Delays:

Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
