Returns/Exchanges
At Royal Gemz, we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. We do accept Returns but only in certain conditions as mentioned below:
  1. Returns are accepted if the item received is not as described.
  2. Item received is defective.

Royal Gemz will accept returns/exchanges on full-priced merchandise in its original condition with all product tags attached. Royal Gemz will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in form of credit card refund to the credit card used for purchase.

No Returns on custom orders and Sarees: All items that are custom made are done with your specific instructions. They are manually checked to be sure all necessities are met. Therefore these items are not returnable.

All sale merchandise is final sale, and no return/exchange is accepted. Please note that shipping costs will not be included in the credit. The Royal Gemz customer service team will make every effort to resolve any refund/exchange request and an email notification and/or phone call will be placed once the return/exchange has been processed. Royal Gemz will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

You are responsible for the goods until they reach us and for your own protection, we recommend that you return the items via recorded delivery and that you obtain 'Proof of Posting Certificate' from the post office. If you are using a courier service ensure the goods are insured whilst in transit and again that you retain the relevant proof of purchase receipt or document.

Royal Gemz reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. Exchanges will be refunded to credit card and then the new item will be charged to the credit card.
